In case you're new here (ha), my sweet baby boy turned ONE last week. Because our anniversary falls on Labor Day weekend, we've made a pact that it will always be our weekend and Crosby's birthday will be celebrated the weekend after. Both events are momentous occasions that deserve undivided attention. So, this past weekend we devoted Saturday afternoon to our beautiful boy and had a music-themed birthday party for our littlest virtuoso.
We had a small gathering of family and a friend or two in a nearby park. It was simple, fun and both our boys and their cousins had a blast. At the end of the day, both Charlie and Crosby were passed out by 7:30 PM because they completely ran themselves ragged trying to keep up with their cousins! I tried to take a handful of pictures to remember the day, but trust me that there are no professional shots of my dollar store decor...
We are so thankful to the family and friends that helped us celebrate this sweet soul's first journey around the sun. He has added so much joy to all of our lives and I can't wait to see what this year has in store for him.
